Take the #1 subway to the 66th Street – Lincoln Center stop.
Walk to the corner of 65th Street and Broadway.
Turn right on 65th Street and walk toward Amsterdam Avenue (stay on the north side of the street).
You’ll walk past Alice Tully Hall and Juilliard.
About halfway down the block, look for a long staircase with the word ROSE above it.
Go up the stairs (or use the elevator/escalator around the side).
At the top, you’ll see the Walter Reade Theater.
The Samuel B. and David Rose Building is next to or behind that theater.
The Stanley Kaplan Penthouse is inside that building.
